FY 2019 Statutory Exemption & CPF Exemption Programs

The Fiscal Year 2019 Statutory Exemption Application cycle is underway. We are accepting applications for M.G.L. c. 59, § 5 exemptions through April 1, 2019. The following categories are among those conferred under M.G.L. c. 59, § 5 clauses 17-43: Disabled Veterans, Surviving Spouses with limited assets, Blind Citizens and income and asset constrained Senior Citizens. In addition, applications for the Community Preservation Surcharge Exemption Program are currently available for moderate-income seniors and low-income non-seniors.
