Description

A sample proposed inter-governmental agreement between the Minuteman School District and a former member community which had withdrawn from the Minuteman Regional District. If Sudbury withdrew from the Minuteman District but wished to send students as a non-member community, we would negotiate and enter into such an agreement. Note that this agreement requires a facility fee, and provides an option to guarantee a number of student placements.
