Period for Public Disclosure of New Assessments Has Ended

The Public Disclosure of proposed new assessments commenced on February 5, 2005 with a legal notice in the Sudbury Town Crier. Hearings were held until February 25, 2004. The office provided public evening hours and sent impact notices to out-of-town property owners.
Persons aggrieved by their new assessment may file an application for abatement on an approved form on or before May 3, 2004, at the Assessors Office.
The Assessors Office is located on the 1st floor of the Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Rd. Public office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays.
