The Fiscal Year 2006 assessed valuations and tax rates have been certified and approved. The actual tax bills have been generated with the new values and rates. Appeals of assessments must be made within 30 days of the mailing of the actual bill (this year’s appeal deadline is February 1, 2006). An appeal must be made on an approved form available from the Assessors Office. Please contact the Assessors Office for further information.
