Fiscal Year 2010 Property Valuations

As you review the current Fiscal Year 2010  property assessments we would like you to be aware of the following information and dates.




  • The current property tax year is Fiscal Year 2010.


  • Fiscal Year 2010 encompasses calendar dates: July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.   


  • The assessment date for Fiscal Year 2010 is January 1, 2009.


  • Fiscal Year 2010 assessments reflect valid market sales from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.  

 Applications for abatement (State Tax Form 128) must be filed at the Assessors Office 278 Old Sudbury Rd., Sudbury, MA. 01776 on or before March 1, 2010.
