Blue Ribbon Housing Site Selection Committee

The Blue Ribbon Housing Site Selection Committee was created by the Board of Selectmen on July 22, 2003. The committee was dissolved by the Board of Selectmen on May 4, 2004.

The Blue Ribbon Housing Site Selection Committee was created to as a mechanism for the Town to provide a due diligence evaluation of Town owned land and to identify parcels that would be suitable for the type of scattered site rental housing units as presented by the Sudbury Housing Authority to the 2003 Sudbury Annual Town Meeting. Blue Ribbon Housing Site Selection Committee worked with the Sudbury Housing Authority, Town of Sudbury Boards, Committees, staff and residents and issued a report on site suitability to the Board of Selectmen.
