Grants available for home repairs

For moderate income residents who need to make repairs or alterations on their homes for safety and health reasons, help is available through the town’s Small Grant Program. The program is funded by the Sudbury Housing Trust, administered out of the Planning and Community Development Department. Grants up to $3,000 per household are awarded on a priority basis to eligible households.
