Description

The Sudbury Housing Trust Fund is a separate fund maintained by the Town. As specified in the Trust charter, the Town is the Custodian of the fund and manages the transactions and oversight. This is like all other special funds of the Town where the fund does not have their own financial function. The Trust financial information is reported in the Town financial statements, and the Trust has a separate audit performed annually
