Community Preservation Committee Seeks Proposals for FY22 Projects

Community Preservation Committee Now Accepting Applications

The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is now accepting proposals for projects that may qualify for Community Preservation Act (CPA) funding to be presented at the May 2021 Annual Town Meeting. Proposals can be submitted under any of the following three areas: 1) acquisition, creation, and preservation of open space and acquisition, creation, preservation, rehabilitation, and restoration of land for recreational use; 2) acquisition, preservation, rehabilitation, and restoration of historic resources and; 3) acquisition, creation, preservation, and support of community housing.

Click on the following link to download the application form: FY22-Project Form. Applications should be submitted to the CPC as soon as possible and no later than 12:30 PM on Friday, October 9, 2020.

Submissions can be mailed to the Planning and Community Development Department, Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road or dropped off in the vestibule to the Town Clerk’s Office at the rear of Town Hall, 322 Concord Road.

Public hearings regarding the proposals will be held on November 24, 2020 and December 2, 2020.
