Applications should be submitted to the CPC as soon as possible and no later than 12:30 PM on Friday, September 6, 2024. Special consideration may be granted to late submissions on a case-by-case basis only if arrangements have been made prior to the stated deadline. You do not need to have a complete proposal by this date. Projects will be reviewed by staff during the month of September and will notify applicants if their project qualifies, if there is additional information that will be needed and assist with any questions the applicant may have with the process in general. During this time, applicants also have the opportunity to further develop their projects, gather more detailed/time sensitive information such as quotes from vendors.

Submissions can be mailed or hand delivered to the Planning and Community Development Department, Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road or dropped off inside the vestibule to the Town Clerk’s Office at the rear of Town Hall, 322 Concord Road. The vestibule is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is checked daily by staff for submissions. Please be sure to label the package you drop off your materials in “FOR PLANNING OFFICE” so the Town Clerk’s Office staff know where the materials need to go. PDFs of each submission package are also required.

If you have questions or need assistance with your project proposal, we will be holding walk in office hours on Tuesdays from 3:00 – 5:00 PM with the office closing at 6:00 PM. You may also contact the office during normal business hours to make an appointment.

Proposals will be heard at public hearings which are tentatively scheduled for November 13, 2024 and December 4, 2024 (subject to possible changes).
