2025 Community Preservation Plan
The Sudbury Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is committed to studying the needs, possibilities, and resources of the Town of Sudbury regarding community preservation. The CPC consults with existing municipal boards, including the Conservation Commission, Historical Commission, Planning Board, Park and Recreation Commission, Housing Authority, Finance Committee, Select Board as well as the residents of Sudbury in conducting such studies to the use of Community Preservation Funds for Open Space Protection, Outdoor Recreation, Community (Affordable) Housing, and Historic Preservation (collectively “CPA Category Areas”). To aid in the implementation of CPA in Sudbury, the Community Preservation Committee has prepared the 2025 Sudbury Community Preservation Plan as a guide for the use of Community Preservation Funds.
