Community Preservation Committee Now Accepting Applications
The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is now accepting qualifying project proposals. Projects recommended by the CPC will be presented at the May 2027 Annual Town Meeting. The Community Preservation Act allows funding for qualifying projects in the following categories: Open Space and Recreation, Historic Preservation and Community Housing.
Project applications should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than noon on Monday, September 14, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered for FY28 CPA funding. Applications are expected to be complete.
Staff is available to answer questions, review applications, and will direct applicants for additional information when necessary. Applicants who have questions or need assistance with a project proposal, are encouraged to make an appointment with staff during normal business hours.
CPA project applications, attachments and supporting documents should be submitted via email.
