Remote participation for this meeting is NOT by way of Zoom.
Sudbury TV and the Information Systems Department have worked together to arrange live video coverage and live telephone conference audio to make remote participation possible.

- Multiple callers will hear the discussion and the Chair will provide question and comment opportunities.

To participate remotely:
- Tune in on cable television to your STV Educational Channel as listed above. Mute the sound on your television.
- Call into the teleconference number listed above. If possible, mute your phone to prevent unintended noises going to the meeting room. Unmute when you are invited to speak.
You will be hearing the audio in the room, and you will be able to speak when the Chair invites comments/questions.
Online streaming has a 45-second time delay, so it is good for observing the meeting, but not useful for combining live coverage with telephone conference to participate with comments/questions. We will monitor our disability@sudbury.ma.us email, so questions and comments may be sent that way and we will try to incorporate them into the meeting.
