The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, represented by the Town Manager, the awarding authority, requests sealed bids for construction of the Department of Public Works Fuel System. Bids will be received at 275 Old Lancaster Road, Engineering Department, Sudbury, MA 01776 until 1:00 PM on June 27, 2019.

 

The project will involve the construction of a new above ground vehicle fueling facility consisting of above ground diesel and gasoline tanks with new fuel dispensers, fuel management system, overhead canopy, electrical work, site improvements including stormwater controls, paving, and landscaping. Bid Alternates include UST/Fuel Island Removal and Restoration, Bollards in Place of Guardrail, Fuel Island Camera Wiring, DEF System

 

Estimated construction cost: $ 1,115,000

All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended.

 

A non-mandatory Prebid Conference will be held on June 13, 2019 at 10:00AM at 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury.

 

All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after bid opening.

 

The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, or to accept any total bid or unit price which it deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.
