The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, represented by the Town Manager, the awarding authority, invites sealed bids for:



     CONTRACT 2022-DS-1

     BID DEPOSIT:  5% of the total bid price for calendar year 2022

     BID OPENING:  Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM


in accordance with drawings, specifications and conditions for said project.


Bids must be plainly marked “BID FOR DRAINAGE STRUCTURES” and must be received in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA  01776 on or before the date and times stated above, at which times all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The Town of Sudbury acting through the Town Manager, reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, or to accept any total bid or unit price which he deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.


Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of cash, certified check, bid bond, or cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Sudbury.


Bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the Director of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts or via email request to barterd@sudbury.ma.us.
