The initial two phases, Phase 1 Route 20 and Phase 1A Raymond Road South areas would include over 200 parcels that could connect to the new, public sewer. If all of the recommended CWMP phases connect to the sewer, there are between 500 and 600 properties in total that could potentially have access to connect to the public sewer.
