Under the provisions of Chapter 54, Sections 135 and 135A, as amended, of the General Laws, a recount of the ballots cast at the Biennial State Election of November 5, 1974, for the office of Representative in the General Court, 40th Middlesex District, in Precinct 1, was held on November 18, 1974.
