Joint meeting of the Suffolk County Mosquito Control Commission (SCMCC) and the Executive Committee of the East Middlesex Mosquito Control Commission (EMMCC) to be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM in room 123 of the Hinton State Laboratory Institute, 305 South St. in Jamaica Plain.

AGENDA

  1. Review the minutes of the 02/01/2017 meeting.
  2. Overview of the 2017 mosquito season.
  3. Discuss FY 18 and FY 19 budgets.
  4. Updates on the building leases and proposed merger.
  5. Personnel Issues   
    1. Discuss the new Crew Chief position for Suffolk County and the new Administrative Consultant position for both Projects.
    2. Review MOA amendments that include the Administrative Consultant position and the 2018 extension.
    3. Consideration of a step raise for two employees.
    4. Consideration of a cost of living adjustment for EMMCP and SCMCP employees.
  6. New business.
  7. Date, time and location of next meeting.
