The Town of Sudbury will receive sealed proposals for the sale of a building and land located at 415 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA, as further described in the Request for Proposal .

The property  located at 415 Boston Post Rd., Sudbury, a 27,443 square foot (.63 acre) lot with a one-story concrete block building with 6,249 square feet of gross floor area. The building and property were formerly used as the Sudbury Police Department until December 2015, when the Police Department moved to a new facility.  The property for disposition is available “as-is” and the Town of Sudbury will not make any improvements or changes to the property as a condition of sale.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) packets shall be available at the Facilities Department, at the DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA as of October 5, 2016, or by e-mail at kellyj@sudbury.ma.us,  and will be posted on the Town of Sudbury Website, under the Facilities Department.
