Request For Proposals: ADA Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan
The Town of Sudbury is soliciting proposals under M.G.L. c.30B, s.6 from qualified and experienced consultants to conduct an Americans with Disabilities Act Self-Evaluation and prepare a Transition Plan inclusive of cost estimates to be utilized by the Town of Sudbury.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained from the Office of the Facilities Director, by email request to Facilities@sudbury.ma.us providing the firm name and complete contact information. The RFP will be transmitted via return email. Questions should be addressed to Facilities Director William Barletta via email to barlettaw@sudbury.ma.us prior to Monday, September 23, 2019.
A pre-submittal meeting for all interested parties will be held on Wednesday September 18, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Office of the Facilities Director, DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA.
Responses, including price proposals, are due at the Office of the Facilities Director, Town of Sudbury DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Rd., Sudbury. MA 01776, on or before Thursday, September 26, 2019, at 10 a.m.
Selection will be based on the most advantageous proposal from a responsible and responsive proposer taking into consideration price and non-price proposals. Any award and contract execution will be based upon the determination of the Massachusetts Office on Disability on the Town’s grant proposal expected no later than December 30, 2019. Upon contract execution, if any, the project must be completed no later than June 15, 2020 and invoiced prior to June 30, 2020.
The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any minor informality in the proposal process, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury. The successful offeror must be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
