Ephraim Curtis Middle School & Josiah Haynes Elementary School RTU Replacement – Invitation for BIDS.
Sudbury Public Schools invites bids for work consisting of demolition of existing rooftop equipment piping and ductwork, replacement of new roof top units, new DX Coils (Direct Expansion), ACCU (Air conditioning and Air-cooled Condensing Unit) replacements, new control valves, VAV controls and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto.
Specifications may be obtained beginning after 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 22, 2024 via email request to facilities@sudbury.ma.us or at the Office of the Combined Director of Facilities, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA.
Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at the Curtis Middle School and Josiah Haynes Elementary School located at 22 Pratts Mill Road then proceed to Josiah Haynes Elementary School located at 169 Haynes Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, on Monday February 26, at 10:00 am. In the event of inclement weather and an additional date is required, the site viewing will be on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. All plan holders will be notified of any site viewing date change via email. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
All contractor questions are due no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2024 by 4:00 PM. Bids must be received, by 12:00 PM, Wednesday, March 20, 2024. The Awarding Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or any part of any Bid, if it is in the best public interest to do so.
