DPW Building – Office Renovation – Invitation to BID

Town of Sudbury invites bids for work consisting of creation of additional offices at the DPW Office Building located at 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, including but not limited to the selective demolition and replacement of interior partition walls, relocation of selected mechanical, electrical and fire protection distribution systems with in the new office spaces, installation of water fountain and hand sink and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto.
Specifications may be obtained beginning after 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 23, 2024 via email request to facilities@sudbury.ma.us or at the Office of the Combined Director of Facilities, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA.
Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at the DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM. All contractor questions are due no later than Friday, June 14, 2024 by 3:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory.
Bids will be opened in the Office of the Combined Facility Director on Wednesday, June 20, 2024, at 12:00 pm. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
