Flynn Building Exterior Accessible Ramp Replacement

The Town of Sudbury invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for work consisting of the selective demolition and exterior accessible ramp component replacement at the Alan Flynn Building located at 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA  01776. All work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work.

All project documents including specifications may be obtained beginning after 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026 by email request to facilities@sudbury.ma.us or at the Office of the Combined Director of Facilities, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA.

All contractor questions are due no later than Friday, March 27, 2026 by 3:00 PM.  The site is available for public viewing and there is not at a pre-bid conference.

Bids addressed to the Town of Sudbury Combined Facilities Director will be received at the Office of the Combined Facilities Director, 275 Old Lancaster Rd., Sudbury, MA 01776, until 12:00 PM, Friday, April 3, 2026, addressed to the Combined Facilities Director, DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Rd., Sudbury, MA 01776.  Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. No electronic submissions will be accepted.

Selection of the contractor will be based upon bidder qualifications, including evidence of past performance in similar projects, and bid price.  The contract will be awarded to the bidder deemed by the Town of Sudbury to be the lowest responsible and eligible bidder.            

The bidder agrees that its bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids.

Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of Town of Sudbury.
