Roof Condition Survey – 19 Sudbury Public Buildings
Russo Barr Associates, Inc. have completed a Roofing Evaluation Study of nineteen Town of Sudbury Public Buildings. Their findings for each of the building's roofs are contianed in this document. The Roof Condition Survey Reports for each individual property are attached. The reports contain roofing system descriptions, conditions, corrective recommendations, construction cost estimates, photos, and schematic AutoCAD roof plans. |

During the month of February 2014, Russo Bar Associates, Inc. reviewed the condition of the EPDM roof membrane systems on Roof Area Nos. 3, 4 & 6 of the Fairbank Complex. This report documents their observations, repair options, photographic documentation of deteriorated roof deck conditions & estimated construction costs. |

Investment Grade Audit Report (IGA)
The MAPC issued an RFQ to Energy Service Companies (ESCos) to provide for Comprehensive Energy Management Services for 14 of its member communities. Ameresco submitted a proposal and was subsequently awarded the contract. The purpose of the IGA is to analyze and quantify the feasibility of installing certain improvements or energy conservation measures (ECMs) throughout the Town of Sudbury. |

Fairbank Community Center 2015 Feasibility Study with Appendix
The purpose of this project is to develop a master plan for the Fairbank Community Center which includes the Atkinson Pool, the Senior Center, Park and Recreation, and currently houses the Sudbury Public Schools administrative offices. The master plan investigates the feasibility of using the existing structures or creating a new multigenerational community center with expanded programs for the Town of Sudbury. |
