During the month of February 2014, Russo Bar Associates, Inc. reviewed the condition of the EPDM roof membrane systems on Roof Area Nos. 3, 4 & 6 of the Fairbank Complex. This report documents their
observations, repair options, photographic documentation of deteriorated roof deck conditions & estimated construction costs.
