Job Opening: Maintenance Mechanic/Laborer
Sudbury Housing Authority seeks a Maintenance Mechanic/Laborer with skills & experience in buildings & grounds maintenance (including painting and minor carpentry, plumbing, & electrical work); custodial (including cleaning common areas); and groundskeeping functions (including snow removal as necessary).
Valid MA driver’s license; class 2D hoisting license/willingness to obtain the latter within 6 months of hire; high school diploma; and basic computer literacy required. 37.5 hrs/week, M-F with occasional after-hours emergency response on a rotating basis.
