The Holliston Housing Trust Homeownership Grant Program is being undertaken by the Holliston Housing Trust, to help First Time Homebuyers purchas a home in Holliston.
- 3 Bedroom Home: $194,300
- 2 Bedroom Home: $175,000.
The Trust will award a subsidy, from $100,000 to $115,100, based on the bedrooms required by the household, of the difference between the market price and the affordable price. The Program outlines the purchase of existing homes, and preserving them for first time homebuyers. In the Program, the properties are subject to a perpetual affordable housing restriction, and the Trust subsidizes the difference between the market price and the affordable price.
