The Sudbury Housing Trust is seeking members of the community to be appointed by the Select Board for a three-year term. Members must be Sudbury residents, have a basic understanding of Town Meeting procedures, and bring complementary skills to the existing board. All interested residents are welcome to submit a Volunteer Application to the Town.

The purpose of the Sudbury Housing Trust is to create and preserve low to moderate income housing opportunities in the Town of Sudbury. All meetings of the Housing Trust are open to the public. Generally, meetings take place the second Thursday Morning evening of each month. The Housing Trust is supported by the Planning and Community Development Department, who prepare agendas, post meetings, takes minutes, and assist in various administrative functions. They are also supported by the Reginal Housing Services Office who provide affordable housing support and information including proactive monitoring, program administration, project development and resident assistance.

Applications will be accepted until the position(s) are filled. All members are required to be appointed by the Select Board.
