Minor Style Updates to the Website

We have rolled out minor style changes to the town website in preparation of a larger responsive redesign rollout this summer/fall. The changes currently deployed focus on giving the navigation bars a more modern look and feel.
We’ve also made major changes to the database backend compliant with disaster recovery goals.
