Main Street Sudbury Exhibition Booths Available at the Sudbury Celebrates 375 Field Day

Dear Civic Organization Leaders,
As many of you know from a continuing stream of publicity, this year the Town of Sudbury is celebrating the 375th anniversary of the incorporation of Sudbury Plantation.
We invite you to join us as an exhibitor on “Main Street Sudbury” at the September 6th Field Day and Fireworks event at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. There is no charge for participation.
To reserve your FREE booth please fill out the Main Street Booth Application and return it by August 15, 2014 to the Sudbury Celebrates 375 Committee at sudbury375@sudbury.ma.us.
This is a great way to showcase your organization’s contribution to the life of Sudbury and its surrounding communities. We encourage you to have some sort of hands-on activity at your booth to engage the attendees.
In late August you will receive a letter from the committee confirming your space as well as information about the event, set-up times, availability of tables and chairs (for rent) and location assignments. A typical booth space will be 12’ by 12’ to accommodate a pop-up tent and an activity.
