Description

A sample proposed inter-governmental agreement between the Minuteman School District and a non-member community which had never belonged to the Minuteman Regional District. Note that this agreement requires a facility fee, and does not guarantee a number of student placements. Sudbury, as a former District member, could adopt a Type C agreement; this is for comparison only.
