Answer
The law requires that an employer distributes these documents no later than January 31st each year. We will mail your W-2s prior to that date. Please retain your last payroll stub in December for the information that will appear on your W-2. If you do not receive your W-2 by February 7th, please contact our office at 978-639-3309. We will issue a duplicate.
