Abatement Applications
Abatement applications for Real Estate and Personal Property are due no later than February 1, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Assessors Office, 278 Old Sudbury Rd. Sudbury, MA. 01776
When received, assessing staff may contact you for additional information if needed, which may include an inspection of the property (Real Estate) or inspection of the asset listing (Personal Property), as authorized under M.G.L. Ch. 59 Section 38D.
