Senior Means Tested Exemption Application
If you meet all of the following criteria you may be eligible for Sudbury's Senior Means Tested Exemption Program.
- Age 65+ (co-owners must be at least age 60)
- Qualified for the 2012 Massachusetts State Income Tax Shcedule CB Circuit Breaker credit
- Lived in Sudbury a minimum of 10 years
- Property assessment is not more $685, 000.
