Where do the funds to maintain the Town

For the most part, the funding comes from the price residents pay for a grave. The price for each grave ($1,500 as of 11/06/2025) sold by the Town has three components: $600 is for the land itself, and the balance – $900 or 60% of the total charged – goes toward the perpetual care of the Town’s Cemeteries.
