Snowberry Housing Lottery Held November 2nd

The two lottery winners (a Sudbury single parent resident, and a LSRHS teacher/coach parent) have the chance to purchase the new affordable housing units in the Snowberry Lane development. There were 26 eligible applicants in the lottery, with half from the Sudbury community. The event was held at Town Hall and attended by many of the lottery entrants. The next housing lottery is planned for May for units in the Villages at Old County Rd development.
