Livable Sudbury Forums

The Town of Sudbury has contracted with UMass Boston – Center for Social and Demographic Research in Aging to conduct a Needs Assessment or Livable Sudbury Assessment of the town*. This assessment will focus on residents’ and town needs in relation to Sudbury’s outdoor spaces and buildings, community and health services, social participation, communication and information, civic participation and employment, housing, respect and social inclusion and transportation.  The Town seeks to gather information and data on the current and projected future needs of our residents.  The assessment begins with two Town Forums, and will include focus groups and a survey in the spring.

*Supported in part by funding from The Sudbury Foundation and The Friends of Sudbury Seniors.

Come to the one of the two Town Forums to learn more about Town demographics today and projected into the future and share your thoughts on Sudbury’s strengths and opportunities for improvement!
