CPC Proposals to Move Forward at 2010 Annual Town Meeting

At its meeting on December 16, 2009 the Community Preservation Committee voted to advance the following proposals at the 2010 Annual Town Meeting:


2010 Town Hall Design Study – $50,000 for design and architectural services for renovations/restoration of Town Hall into town offices


2010 Walkways – $200,000 for construction of new walkways town-wide


2010 Town Hall Window Extension – extension of time to complete project approved in 2008


2010 Sudbury Housing Trust Allocation – $180,000 for the preservation and creation of affordable housing


2010 Town Clerk Vault Upgrade, plus 2010 Town Clerk Vaults Supporting Documentation – $67,795 to upgrade existing Town vaults with climate control, fire suppression and more efficient shelving


2010 Revolutionary War Cemetery Radar Survey – $20,000 to conduct ground penetrating radar survey of the Revolutionary War Cemetery


2010 Tomb Door Restoration – $30,000 to restore vandalized tomb doors on Concord Road and in Wadsworth Cemetery
