When you’re out around town, do you sometimes get frustrated when you can’t find a parking spot and there are great spots not being used so close to the door?

  • The thing is, you never know when someone may arrive who lives with a disability and really needs that accessible spot.  We at the Sudbury Commission on Disability ask you to respect those accessible parking spaces that are so important for our friends and neighbors who need them, especially in winter.

So when you are cruising for a parking spot, pat yourself on the back for understanding that an accessible parking space is a Welcome mat for people with disabilities. Thank You for doing your part to make Sudbury a truly inclusive community!
