After fifteen years that included a few years of dormancy, COD members updated the Bylaws to better reflect
- core mandates in the enabling legislation
- current operational practices
- new best practices for going forward
The COD has resolved in
ARTICLE V OPERATIONS
Section 6 Bylaws
The Commission shall maintain these Bylaws and review them annually.
