RFP – Request for Designer Services Atkinson Pool Project
The Town of Sudbury seeks proposals from registered architects/firms to provide phased design and construction oversight services for various work at the Atkinson Pool building connected to the Fairbank Community Center, 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776. Services required relate to structural and mechanical replacements/enhancements to the existing pool inclusive of roofing, mechanical dehumidification, water filtration and associated system components. The estimated Phase I project cost of professional services is not to exceed $100,000.
A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 11:00AM. at the Fairbank Community Center project site entrance, located at 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
The RFDS is available beginning Wednesday, April 17, 2024, by email request to facilities@sudbury.ma.us or by calling 978-440-5466.
Submittals are due on or before Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 12:00 PM, addressed to the Combined Facilities Director, DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Rd., Sudbury, MA 01776. Upon award, contracted services at a negotiated fee for the project are expected to be commenced immediately.
The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so, and to act upon the proposals and make its award in any lawful manner.
