RFP – DPW Building Roof Top Heat Pump Project
Town of Sudbury invites bids for work consisting of demolition of existing rooftop equipment piping and ductwork, replacement of six (6) roof top units with six (6) high efficiency heat pump HVAC systems with gas fired back up furnaces inclusive of heat pump rooftop condensers, hybrid heat pump air handlers with gas fired furnaces, all necessary piping, electrical, necessary line and control voltage electrical work, vents for a complete installation and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto.
Specifications may be obtained beginning after 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 via email request to facilities@sudbury.ma.us or at the Office of the Combined Director of Facilities, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA.
Bids will be opened in the Office of the Combined Facility Director on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 12:00 pm. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at the DPW Building, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. All contractor questions are due no later than Tuesday, May 7, 2024 by 4:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory.
