HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 40 of the Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts, 1963, the Sudbury Historic Districts Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Flynn Building, Silva Conference Room, 2nd floor, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts to consider the following applications:
- For a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of an addition (sunroom and office) and patio deck plus modifications to side door entrances, 118 Peakham Road, (Assessor’s Map K04, Parcel 0405), Karl Büttner and Renata Pomponi, Case #14-5.
- For a Certificate of Appropriateness for a planting plan to replace 5 white pines allowing for the installation of solar panels, 327 Concord Road, (Assessor’s Map H09, Parcel 0065), applicant Deborah Kruskal, First Parish of Sudbury Landscape Committee, Case #14-6.
- For a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow the installation of two windows, one at the east elevation and one at the west elevation of Suite 2300, 29 Hudson Road, (Assessor’s Map H09, Parcel 0002), applicant Lisa Vitale Barth, SimplyDIRECT Corporation, Case #14-7.
The applications are on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development and may be reviewed during regular business hours. Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed applications, should appear at the time and place designated.
