HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 40 of the Acts and Resolves of Massachusetts, 1963, the Sudbury Historic Districts Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Flynn Building, Silva Conference Room, 2nd floor, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts to consider the following applications:
- For a Certificate of Appropriateness for a free-standing business sign measuring up to 8 s.f. at 8 Concord Road, (Assessor’s Map K09, Parcel 0027), applicant David Bush, Post Road Clothier, Case #14-20.
- For a Permit for Demolition of an existing residence and a Certificate of Appropriateness to build two new residences at 197 and 197 Lot B Old Sudbury Road, (Assessor’s Map H10, Parcel 0006), applicant Michael Carney, Case #14-21.
The applications are on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development and may be reviewed during regular business hours. Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed applications, should appear at the time and place designated.
