Sudbury Housing Authority Opens its Elderly/Handicapped Waiting List

The Sudbury Housing Authority will open its waiting list for state-aided elderly/handicapped rental housing for a period of one month, effective April 1, 2015 through April 30, 2015.
Household income is limited to $47,450/year for a one-person household and $54,200/year for a two-person household. Rent is 30% of income, with utilities paid by the housing authority.Eligible households include those with at least one member who is age 60 or older or at least one member with a disability who is under the age of 60.
