The Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH) non-profit development entity has filed a Comprehensive Permit application with the Town Clerk.  NOAH was awarded the development contract by the Sudbury Housing Trust, and the two organizations have partnered together in preparing the Maynard Road Project – Site Plan, the Maynard Road Project – preliminary elevations, and the Maynard Road Project – Comprehensive Permit application.  The parcel was purchased in July 2008 by the Sudbury Housing Trust, and has been the subject of much feasibility and analysis, as outlined in the Maynard Road – timeline of public notifications.
