Sudbury Housing Trust issues RFP for development at 278 Maynard Road

The Sudbury Housing Trust is soliciting proposals for the construction of a 3-unit affordable housing development on an unimproved parcel at 278 Maynard Road in Sudbury.
The Trust invites qualified development organizations to submit proposals, especially those entities who can demonstrate the experience and capacity necessary to develop the project in conformance with the Sudbury Housing Trust’s Goals and Guidelines and who best meet the Minimum Evaluation Criteria as outlined in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFP.

Proposals are due by May 9, 2014 at 1:00 pm and should be sent to the Sudbury Housing Trust, Office of Planning and Community Development, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
