Sudbury Housing Trust purchases small parcel

On May 31, the Sudbury Housing Trust purchased a small, 0.43 acre, parcel on Pratt’s Mill, on the SE corner of Pratt’s Mill and Dutton, which was offered through auction during the Town’s foreclosure process. The Trust is evaluating development options including partnering with Habitat for Humanity. A public meeting will be held to gather comments and suggestions when more definitive plans are made.
