The goals of this strategic plan are to analyze the existing GIS data, hardware, software, personnel, procedures, and processes; to assess departmental and town-wide GIS needs and priorities; and to establish a roadmap with timelines and estimated costs for successful implementation of a state-of-art town-wide GIS infrastructure over the next five years.
