RFQ – ENGINEERING SERVICES
DESIGN OF ATHLETIC FIELDS
The Town of Sudbury Town Manager seeks proposals from registered engineering consultants or firms with specialized discipline in field design and construction in connection with the redesign of Featherland Field and the new design of athletic fields at Davis Field. Scope will include but not be limited to design, development of construction ready documents, cost estimation and permit filing.
The RFQ is available beginning July 29, 2013 at the office of the Park and Recreation Department, 40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m., by contacting Nancy McShea, Park and Recreation Director. A site visit will take place on August 1 2013, at 9 a.m., commencing at Davis Field, located at 195 North Road in Sudbury.
Separate Non-Price and Price Proposals are due on or before 2:00 p.m., August 19, 2013, addressed to the Director of Parks and Recreation at the address above.
The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it is the public interest to do so, and to act upon the proposals and make its award in any lawful manner.
